What it is
The Parts Method generates a personalized psychological portrait — identifying the managers, firefighters, and exiles (in Internal Family Systems terms) that shape a person’s patterns, using birth-chart symbolism as the entry point. It surfaces what triggers each part, what it is protecting, and how it shows up in relationships and decisions — with practical guidance for working with those parts more consciously.
